Teacher-in-charge of a centre
- Put your candidates in for this year's examination
- See what it comes to, and pay your share by scanning a code
- Ask for the admit cards, the results and the certificates
- Your examination roll numbers, once the College gives them
The College office makes your user name and password. Telephone them if you have none.
Office, teachers and staff
- Look a student up, from any computer or telephone
- Take an admission and take a fee
- The centres, their candidates and their money
- Notices, the gallery, the faculty and the page text
Each person has their own account, and sees only what their work needs.
School student, or a guardian
- What is owed, month by month, with the reason
- Every receipt, to keep
- The admit card before each examination
- The marksheet when the result is out
The telephone number the College has for you and the student's date of birth, and then four figures of your own choosing. After the first time it is only the number and the four figures.
Degree student
- Internal marks for every paper
- External marks once the results are declared
- Every semester you have finished, kept
- Notices meant for the degree students
The same door as the school, and the same way in. Those who have finished keep their sign-in and their marks — an alumnus needing a marksheet years later does not have to telephone anybody.
A password is never kept in a form anybody at the College can read — only a scrambled version of it. So nobody here can tell you your password, even wanting to; if it is forgotten, a new one is set. If a page ever asks you for a password anywhere other than the two addresses above, it is not ours.
