Before you begin

  • The child’s name and date of birth
  • Father’s and mother’s names
  • A phone number the office can reach you on — WhatsApp if you have it
  • Your address, and the school the child attends
  • A photograph of the child
  • Whether you want the morning or the evening batch
  • Nothing about the fee yet — that comes on the page after this one

No certificates are needed. The admission fee of ₹500 is paid after the form is sent, on a page that carries your own reference — or at the office. The class is settled by a short assessment on the first day.

Papers

Photographs taken on a telephone are fine, so long as every line can be read. Nothing here is compulsory to send the form — anything missing can be brought to the office. They are stored outside the public part of the server.

Nothing about the fee here. When you send this you are taken to a page with a payment code that carries your own reference on it, so the office can tell which form the money is for. You can pay there now, or come back to it later.

Sending this is an application. It holds no seat and gives no registration number; the office will telephone you.

Everything uploaded here — photographs, certificates, payment screenshots — is stored outside the public part of the server, where nobody can open a file by guessing its address.
